On-Site Manager
April is our wonderful park manager, and she keeps Southern Pines RV Campground running smoothly. From check-in all the way to check-out, she’ll make sure you have a great stay.
She’s great with people, a native Texan, and understands both the needs and wants of RV’ers. She helps keep Southern Pines clean, family-friendly, and makes sure that each guest is treated with kindness and respect.
Brad Burt
Co-Owner / General Manager
Brad is an easygoing family man with deep ties to Texas. He oversees everything at Southern Pines and makes sure that every resident and guest has an excellent experience from the moment they arrive.
Brad and his wife, Melody, moved from the Dallas area many years ago and are now permanently calling East Texas home. They have two grown sons, one daughter-in-law, and four little grandkids.
